Account Manager / Inside Sales Executive Position Outline:
Account Manager/Sales Executive Promotional Products and Logo Merchandise programs: report VP of Business Development
Inside Sales Executive/ Account Manager: St. Croix Promotions, Inc. & OnDemand Brands.
Requirements: High Energy Inside Salesperson / Manager with Integrity and Motivation. This position entails prospecting new business within existing accounts and networking through accounts to grow the company's business. Experience in promotion marketing, web company stores, logo merchandise and an apparel program preferred. Strong familiarity and interest in new products, fashion trends and popular culture.
General responsibilities will evolve but will initially be defined as follows:
- Work in a proactive team environment
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines achieve company goals.
- Close deals and achieve sales plans
- Quoting and maintaining administrative needs for assigned Clients
- Provide creative direction
- Prospect current and prospective clients on a regular basis
- Maintain updated notes, activities and meetings in CRM system
- Hunt for new business off approved assigned client target list or networking activities
- Identify and develop new prospects that fit client profile and are approved by management
- Work at high executive level to indentify sales opportunities
- Networking and joining appropriate and approved organizations to increase leads
- Sell and develop approved programs and services for clients
- Navigate assigned accounts and identify all account opportunities
- Professional presentations
- Creative idea development
- Participate as a member of the sales team to develop creative programs and solutions for clients
- Perform complete duties as deemed appropriate by management
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the implementation and success of sales programs in assigned accounts including:
- Provide follow up in a professional manner on project quotes
- Process and follow up on all orders in a timely manner
- Follow up on order processing including folders, invoicing, and timely customer contact
- Develop a strong, ongoing relationship with customers through timely, consistent contact and exceptional customer service.
- Work effectively as part of the sales team to achieve sales and margin goals.
- Adhere to company policies and practices regarding of sales and management tools including the CRM (currently SalesForce)
- Experience and expertise in Microsoft suite and strong internet skills
- Act as a single point of contact for vendors as needed.
- Communicate in an effective and timely manner with the Sales Executive regarding opportunities and client issues.
- Complete assigned reporting and other tasks accurately, professionally, and on schedule.

Sales Account Executive
St. Croix Promotions & OnDemands is a fast-growing, high energy, cutting edge Promotional Products and Retail Company. We are looking for Account Executive to generate new sales opportunities. This position offers a base draw with generous commission structure.
Applicant should have sales experiences with a "can do" attitude. You must be well organized, creative, a self starter who is able to work independently. Candidate must have strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task successfully. Account Executives work with team a team of strong professionals at our corporate office location in Bloomington, MN- and must have strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple clients to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience in Promotional Product Marketing, logo merchandise and apparel programs, web company stores, and product development.
- Two years of sales experience including cold calling securing appointments with decision makers
- Prospect clients on a regular basis, (averaging 100+ calls per week)
- Maintain updated notes, activities and meetings in CRM system
- Computer, email and internet oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Creativity, trend and style awareness
- Ability to successfully interact and network with a wide range of people
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Build relationships with customers while creating brand awareness
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship in every account
- Comfortable with face-to-face presentations and demonstrations
- Professional appearance, well-spoken, clear communicator
- Independent and self-motivated
